Do the Sneaker Charms fit all shoes?

The Sneaker Charms fit most shoes with lacing, but especially sneakers. However, on some sneakers where the laces are pulled through a loop at the front of the shoe, it may be a bit tricky to fit in a Sneaker Charm. But it’s mostly possible depending on the size of the loop.

Does the Watch Charm fit all watch straps?

The Watch Charm fits most watches with a nato, leather or rubber strap with holes up to 3 mm in diameter.
You attach the Watch Charm to a free hole on your watch strap with the supplied screws that comes in two different sizes to fit most straps. If you have more than one hole free, you can add several Watch Charms to create your personal combinations.
Place the Watch Charm in one of the watch strap holes. Insert the screw from the back and turn the charm or screw until firmly seated. The screw may need to be tightened every now and then. Check regularly that the screw is fixed and does not come loose and tighten if necessary.

What do I do if the Bracelet is a bit too big or too small?

The bracelet is available in two different sizes with an inner circumference of 130 mm or 160 mm. If necessary, it can be adjusted slightly in size by gently bending it.

Are the products officially licensed by the clubs?

Yes, all products are officially licensed by the clubs.

What materials are used?

All products are made of high quality SAE 316 surgical stainless steel, polished for a vibrant silver color or with a rose gold plating.

How do I handle and clean my jewelry?

Metal will tarnish over time, but it will happen much faster when it comes into contact with agents such as perfume, salty air, sulphur in the air, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine, sea water, perspiration, medication excreted through the skin, and acidic skin ph. Hot and humid conditions also stimulate tarnish.

Use a polishing cloth frequently to prevent discoloration and to shine the metal. Clean the jewelry with lukewarm soapy water and gently rub with a soft toothbrush.
We recommend that you do not use silver plating agents or expose your jewelry to chemicals, ammonia, bleach, chlorine and salt water.

Take off your jewelry before showering, bathing and swimming, and do not expose them to hairspray, perfume and cosmetics.
When the jewelry is not used, it should be stored in a protective box or cloth bag that prevents the jewelry from darkening.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Does my Charms Unite products have a warranty?

Charms Unite will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to one year from the date of purchase. Please retain your receipt or pass it on to the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty. If a receipt is not available a credit card or bank statement will suffice.

My product has arrived and is damaged/faulty.
What should I do?

We politely request that faulty or damaged items are returned for assessment.
For online purchases, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.
For store purchases we would advise that you return to the store where the item was originally purchased from. However if this is inconvenient for you, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

What do I do if my product is lost or stolen?

The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.
